| Avaya Telecommunications Engineer : |
Your job will be to: plan, configure, install, and maintain Avaya and possible other variations of telephone systems. You will be working in a team environment to provide the highest level of service to small, medium, and enterprise sized businesses. You will be responsible for running and pulling cable and installing/evaluating paging systems where necessary.
Configuring, installing, and maintaining Avaya telephony products and solutions is necessary. | |

| I.T. Engineer Team Member : |
The I.T. Engineer will provide exceptional customer support, and they will keep up with advances in Information Technology to find solutions to better serve the needs of clients. This position will be an active part of the team by participating in scheduled rotations, keeping up with open tickets and documenting your work daily. This position will also provide documentation and clear communications to the I.T. Engineer Team Leader. Supervision and participation in projects and or rollouts are required, along with weekend and night hours.
A four-year degree is preferred or a two-year Associate degree in computer science or a related I.T. filed. MCP is required; MCSA or MCSE certification preferred; CCNA is a plus.
